HAR ARTGRAPHY

International artgraphist HAR is working and living in the Netherlands. During his study at the Academy of Art and Industry in Enschede (1974-1978), he came in contact with photography. It was love on first sight and he changed his study painting to photography. After the artacademy he started working as a photographer at several advertising agencies in the Netherlands.
In 1988 he started as a freelance advertising photographer with photostudio’s in Amersfoort and Oldenzaal. He still works under the name HAR BEELDMAKER, specialized in lifestyle, fashion and “emotion” photography, using all the possibillities of digital photography and working with Adobe Photoshop.
Since 1999 HAR started using his creativity in artphotography, and started working on several series of photographs, using all the possible digital techniques on the computer. Since January 2003 he left his heart in Venice, when he came in contact with the art of the glass. The transparance, the lights, the clearness, the brilliance and the reflections of it was the motive of a great inspiration, which finally resulted in a new way of bringing the glass- and the graphic art together, named EYEGLASS.
